MANAGEMENT
AdvantageHealth has helped launch this fitness center collaboration at 121 South 8th Street in Minneapolis, MN in 2016. The Deluxe Plaza Fitness Center, built at just over 3,500 sq. ft., includes top-of-the-line cardio and strength training equipment, a fully-equipped fitness studio, spacious locker rooms with showers, towel service, and more.
A few of the benefits to membership include unlimited access to live and Wellbeats™ group exercise classes, fitness incentive challenges, wellness programming, professional individual and group personal training, customized exercise prescriptions, and fitness assessments.
AdvantageHealth was hired by Boston-based real estate investment trust Franklin Street Properties midway through the build to assist in creating a functional yet esthetically inviting wellness space that would complement the properties’ recently updated conference and meeting rooms. AdvantageHealth currently provides staffing and management for the new fitness center and offers health promotion programs and services to 121 S 8th tenants.
